Delware Bay Horseshoe Crab Survey

Project is inactive

The Atlantic horseshoe crab is a marine chelicerate arthropod. Despite its name, it is more closely related to spiders, ticks, and scorpions than to crabs. It's a significant player in marine ecosystems. It migrates to the Delaware Bay Shore each year for spawning purposes. Join the volunteer team to record annual populations and contribute to the study of this important species.
